SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Our shop will be closed, so it will not be possible for us to take returns at the moment. We will extend our returns period.
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund. Item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags attached. For all returns please contact a member of our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: if you are returning from outside of the EU please ensure the parcel is clearly marked with ‘BRITISH GOODS RETURNED’. We are unable to refund any shipping, custom taxes or duties incurred.
To avoid disappointment we advise that you place a new order for the items you wish to exchange for and then request your return, as the items you want may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your return. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability prior to receiving you return.
